Your wallet & statement

Your wallet is your prepaid balance in BRL. The wallet page shows what you have, how long that lasts at the current plan, and a full statement of every movement.

What you'll learn
  • What the balance shows (including the reserved amount)
  • How to read your statement
  • That the page updates live

Your balance

The wallet page shows your current balance in BRL. A brand-new account that's never topped up shows R$ 0,00.

If you have a room running, you'll also see a reserved amount and an approximate minutes remaining. The reserve is part of your balance that's held to keep a running room going — it's not spent, just set aside (see how billing works). The minutes-remaining figure is a rough estimate of how long your balance lasts at the current room's per-minute rate.

note

Low on credit? The dashboard and wallet show a low-balance hint with a prompt to add credit. If a running room's balance gets too low to cover the next bit of time, the room auto-stops so you never go negative.

Your statement (the ledger)

Below the balance is your statement — a line for every movement on your wallet. Each entry is tagged so you can tell at a glance what it was:

EntryWhat it means
Top-upcredit you added (Pix, card, or crypto)
Manual creditcredit added by the Lanzinha team
Session chargewhat a room cost you
Reservefunds held for a running room
Releasea reserve returned to your balance when a room stopped
Refunda refunded top-up
Adjustmenta correction made by the team

The statement loads in pages — use Load more entries to go further back.

It updates live

You don't need to refresh. The balance and statement update on their own — your balance ticks down as a room runs, and a top-up appears as soon as the payment confirms.
