Adding credit with a card

You can add credit with a credit card and split it into up to 12 installments. The payment runs on the same secure InfinitePay checkout used for Pix.

What you'll learn
  • How to add credit by card, step by step
  • About the installment option and the one-time CPF request
  • The minimum and maximum per top-up

Add credit by card

  1. Go to your wallet and choose Add credit.
  2. Pick Credit card as the method.
  3. Enter the amount, in BRL.
  4. You're sent to InfinitePay's secure checkout in a new tab. Enter your card details and choose how many installments you want — up to 12×.
  5. Once the payment goes through, your balance updates automatically.

A one-time CPF

For card payments you may be asked for your CPF once. It's saved to your profile so you won't have to type it again next time you pay by card.

note

If a card payment is declined, the checkout shows the reason from the card network. Try again, use a different card, or add credit with Pix (instant and fee-free) instead.

Minimum and maximum

The same per-top-up range as Pix applies: a small minimum (a few reais) and a generous maximum. The exact limits are shown on the Add-credit form, and it warns you before you continue if your amount is out of range.

tip

Installments are handled by your card issuer, who may add interest depending on your card. The credit that lands in your Lanzinha wallet is the full amount you chose — Lanzinha bills your rooms by the minute from that balance regardless of how you split the card payment.
