Adding credit with Pix
Pix is the fastest way to add credit, and it's fee-free. You pick an amount, pay the Pix on a secure checkout page, and your wallet balance updates automatically — usually within seconds.

Add credit with Pix
- Go to your wallet and choose Add credit. Pix is selected by default.
- Enter the amount you want to add, in BRL.
- Confirm. A new tab opens InfinitePay's secure hosted checkout, where you pay the Pix (scan the QR code or copy the Pix code into your bank app).
- A wait dialog tracks the payment. When the bank confirms, your balance updates on its own — you don't have to refresh.
That's it. The credit is yours to spend on rooms right away.
Pix carries a "NO FEE" badge — the amount you pay is the amount that lands in your wallet.
Minimum and maximum
| Amount | |
|---|---|
| Minimum per top-up | a small minimum (a few reais) |
| Maximum per top-up | a generous per-top-up cap |
The exact minimum and maximum are shown on the Add-credit form. If you enter an amount outside the range, the form tells you before you continue.
If you close the tab
The checkout opens in a new tab on purpose — leave the Lanzinha tab open behind it. If you accidentally close the payment tab or dismiss the wait dialog, don't worry: once your bank confirms the Pix, the payment still lands and your balance is credited automatically. You can check the result on your statement or the return page.
First time? The onboarding wizard walks new accounts through a starting Pix top-up — but you can always skip it and add credit later from the wallet.
