After you pay
After you finish paying on the hosted checkout, you land on a short payment-return page. It's there to confirm you're done — your balance updates on its own behind the scenes.
- What the return page says
- Why you can safely close the tab
- How to check the top-up actually landed
What you'll see
Once you've paid (with Pix or a card), the checkout sends you back to a page that says, in short:
Payment received! You can close this tab — your balance updates automatically.
There's a Go to my wallet button to jump straight back to your wallet.
You can close the tab
Your credit doesn't depend on this page staying open. Payments are confirmed in the background, so even if you close the tab before the balance updates, the top-up still lands once the payment clears. The return page is just a friendly "all done" — not a step you have to wait on.
This page is public — it can show even if you're signed out in that tab. The actual crediting happens against your account behind the scenes, regardless of what this tab is doing.
Checking it landed
If you want to confirm the top-up, open your wallet: the new balance appears, and the top-up shows as a line on your statement. Crypto deposits settle on-chain, so they may take a little longer than Pix to appear — see adding credit with crypto.
If a top-up hasn't shown up after a while, don't pay twice — check your statement first, and if it's still missing, reach out from the help center.
