Managing a running room
Every room has its own page that updates live. It's where you watch the room boot, see who's playing, track what you're spending, and stop the room when you're done.
- What the room boots through, step by step
- What the live session page shows
- How to stop a room, and what a failed room looks like
Booting the room
Right after you hit Open room, the page shows a live progress bar that walks through the boot:
Queued → Provisioning → Booting → Restoring → Starting game → Ready
Keep the tab open — it'll be ready right there. When it reaches Ready, a "Sala pronta!" banner appears and you're taken to the room's page, where the connect address lives. Booting usually takes around 45 seconds.
If the room fails to start, you're brought back to the form with a plain-language explanation, and any funds Lanzinha set aside for the room are released automatically — see Billing.
The session page
Each room has a permanent link at its own page that updates in real time. It shows:
- Status — where the room is in its lifecycle, live.
- Elapsed time — a timer that ticks up second by second while the room runs.
- Amount charged — what you've spent so far this session.
- Spend meter — your spend so far against your available balance.
- Players — the live player list, with each player's ping.
- Keep-alive toggle — flip keep-alive on or off without leaving the page.
- Events — a chronological feed of what the room did (booted, player joined, stopping, …), with Load more events to page back through history.
There's also a console tab for a closer look at the room's operator view.
Stopping a room
When you're done, press Stop room. The room saves (for world-backed games), shuts down, and billing ends. The button disappears once the room is already stopping or stopped — there's nothing left to do. The page keeps updating on its own as the room winds down.
For world-backed games, stopping the room is exactly when your progress is saved as a fresh snapshot — so always let a room finish stopping rather than just closing the tab.
If a room fails
A failed room shows the reason on its page, plus a one-click Open a ticket button that pre-fills a support request with the room's details. That's the fastest way to get help — see Help.
