Service status
Wondering if it's you or us? The status page shows Lanzinha's live health, so you can tell at a glance whether something is wrong on our side.

- What to do during an incident or maintenance
Where to find it
The status page lives at /status in the app and is public — you don't need to be signed in to read it. It refreshes on its own and quietly retries if a read fails, so you can leave it open during an incident.
What it shows
| Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Overall health | Whether the platform is operational, degraded, or under maintenance |
| Components | The status of the API & provisioner and Pix payments individually |
| Last 24 hours | How many rooms were started, how many reached ready, and the success rate |
| Recent incidents | A short history of issues from the last 30 days |
The last-24-hours stats are a good sanity check: if rooms are starting successfully across the platform but yours isn't, the problem is more likely specific to your room — and a ticket is the way to go.
Health states
- Operational — everything is running normally.
- Degraded — something is partially impaired (for example, slower boots or a payment rail having trouble). Rooms may still work.
- Under maintenance — planned work is in progress. Starting new rooms may be paused while it runs.
During maintenance or a platform-wide pause, opening a new room can be temporarily blocked. You'll see a clear message explaining why, and rooms already running aren't affected unless the maintenance specifically requires it.
During an incident
- Check the status page first. If there's an active incident listed, it's already known and being worked on — you don't need to report it.
- If the page is operational but you're still stuck, the issue is probably specific to your account or room. Open a ticket with the details.
- A failed room is never charged — any funds reserved for it are released automatically, so an incident won't cost you.
If your room failed during an incident, you can still open the session and use its built-in "Open a ticket" button — it pre-fills the room id and the reason for you.
