Frequently asked questions

Do I pay a monthly fee?

No. You top up a prepaid wallet in BRL and rooms are billed per minute while they run. When you stop a room, the charges stop. See Billing for the full picture.

How does billing start and stop?

You're charged from the moment a room becomes ready (not while it's booting). There's a small minimum charge, and after that you pay per the time you use. A room you leave empty auto-stops after a few idle minutes — unless you turn on keep-alive. If your balance runs low, the room stops on its own.

How do I pay?

You add credit with Pix (no fee), credit card (in installments), or crypto (Bitcoin/Lightning, Solana/USDC, Ethereum). Pix and card go through a secure hosted checkout; crypto settles on-chain with no redirect. Details in Billing.

Can I bring my own Minecraft world?

Yes — upload a single-player save or a server world and Lanzinha hosts it. See Bring your own world.

How do I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel — you only pay while a room is running. Stop the room and billing stops. To remove your data entirely, you can delete your account from your profile, which also refunds any remaining balance via Pix.

How do I request a refund?

From your Wallet you can request a refund of unused top-up balance from the last 7 days (your right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Code). The amount is returned to the original payer via Pix. Balance you already spent on a room isn't refundable. See Legal for the terms.

My room failed to start — now what?

A failed room is not charged — any reserved funds are released automatically. The session page shows the reason and a one-click button to open a ticket pre-filled with the details, so you don't have to explain anything twice.

Which Counter-Strike version, and do I need a GSLT?

Both CS 1.6 and CS2 are available. CS2 requires a GSLT (a free Steam Game Server Login Token from Steam's developer page); CS 1.6 does not. Bots don't count toward your meter. Workshop / custom maps aren't supported yet.

How do I delete my account?

From your profile, the "Delete account" option erases your worlds, snapshots, and session history. Your ledger is anonymized and kept for tax law, and any remaining balance is refunded via Pix.

tip

Many "is it broken?" questions are answered faster on the Service status page — check there before opening a ticket.

Open a support ticket

When the FAQ doesn't cover it, open a ticket from the Help page in the app:

  1. Write a short subject and a message describing what happened.
  2. If it's about a specific room, the ticket can be linked to that session so the team has the context automatically.
  3. Submit — your ticket shows up under My tickets with its status.

Replies appear right on the ticket (and update live, so you don't need to refresh). The team typically responds within a couple of hours during business hours. There are two kinds of ticket: a general support ticket and a refund request.

note

A failed room offers a shortcut: open the session and use its "Open a ticket" button — it pre-fills the room id and the failure reason for you.
