Legal
The fine print, in one place. These documents are public and linked from the footer of the app — this page just explains what each one covers.
- What the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and EULA notice cover
- How refunds, the LGPD, and your data are handled
- Why Lanzinha is not an official Minecraft service
The documents
| Document | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Terms of Use | How the service works, billing, refunds, keep-alive, and your responsibilities |
| Privacy Policy (LGPD) | What data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights |
| Minecraft EULA notice | How hosting Minecraft relates to Mojang's End User License Agreement |
| Subprocessors | The third parties that help run the service (hosting, payments, error tracking) |
You can read all of them from the footer links in the app.
Billing & refunds, in plain words
The Terms spell out the billing model in detail, but the short version:
- Rooms are billed per minute, metered against your prepaid wallet, starting when a room becomes ready. There's a small minimum charge.
- A room auto-stops after a few idle minutes (unless you turn on keep-alive), and stops on its own if your balance runs low.
- Under the Brazilian Consumer Code (right of withdrawal), you can request a refund of unused top-up balance within 7 days of paying. Balance already spent on a room isn't refundable. See the FAQ for how to request one.
Your data (LGPD)
The Privacy Policy is written for the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law). A few things worth knowing:
- Opt-in features like Discord notifications rely on your consent — you turn them on yourself in your profile.
- When you delete your account, your worlds, snapshots, and session history are erased. Your ledger is anonymized and kept for the period tax law requires, and any remaining balance is refunded via Pix.
Not an official Minecraft service
Lanzinha is not an official Minecraft service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of its respective owner. Lanzinha provides server hosting; you are responsible for your own use of the game under Mojang's End User License Agreement. The same independence applies to the other games and voice software we host — Lanzinha is not affiliated with Valve or TeamSpeak either.
During onboarding you're asked to accept the Minecraft EULA before you create your first world. The full EULA notice is available from the footer at any time.
Subprocessors
The Terms list the third parties Lanzinha relies on to run the service — things like cloud hosting, the payment processor, and error tracking. The subprocessors document names them so you know who touches what.
