Deleting your account

If you want to leave Lanzinha for good, you can delete your account yourself — no support ticket needed. This is permanent, so it's worth knowing exactly what happens first.

What you'll learn
  • What gets erased when you delete your account
  • What happens to your remaining balance
  • The step-by-step confirmation flow

What gets removed

Deleting your account erases your personal data and the things tied to it:

  • Your account and profile.
  • All of your worlds and their snapshots.
  • Your room (session) history.

Your wallet ledger is the one exception: it's anonymized and kept to satisfy Brazilian tax law. It no longer identifies you, but the financial record of past transactions has to be retained.

Your remaining balance

Any balance left in your wallet is refunded to you via Pix as part of the deletion. You don't lose unused credit by closing your account.

tip

If you've recently topped up and just want some money back rather than to leave, you may be able to use a regular refund instead — keeping your account, worlds, and history intact.

How to delete your account

The control lives in the Delete account (LGPD) danger zone on your Profile page.

  1. Open your Profile page and scroll to the danger zone.
  2. Choose Request account deletion.
  3. Confirm — Lanzinha asks you to verify, because the action can't be undone.
  4. Lanzinha erases your account and data, refunds any balance via Pix, and signs you out.
warning

This is permanent. Once your account, worlds, and history are erased, there's no recovery. If there's a world you want to keep, export it before you delete your account.

Your data and LGPD

This deletion flow is how Lanzinha honors your rights under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law). It removes your personal data on request; the only thing kept is the anonymized financial ledger that fiscal law requires.
